Description : I'm regretably selling my amazing Land Rover Discovery 50 year anniversary edition number 22 of 50. I've bought a new SUV that doesn't have as high of a roof line. I've owned this vehicle for 2 years and am the 3rd owner. This vehicle has been religiously serviced since day 1 and has been maintained by me and Alpine Autowerks since I've owned it. All of the common faults on a Discovery have been addressed. For those who know the Discovery, the series 1 are more sought after due to their higher reliability ratings and center locking differential.
New parts include :
New thermostat
New Waterpump
New fan clutch
New front wheel bearings
New brake pads, rotos
New front calipers
New Valley pan gasket
New valve cover gaskets
New plug wires and plugs
New exhaust manifold gaskets
New steering box with new power steering lines
New panhard rod with new ball joints
New shocks at 130k kms
New battery
New vacuum lines
New PCV valve
I've always run synthetic fluids, the vehicle has had a recent coolant flush, oil change, diff fluid change etc, new air filter
Extras :I tastefully modded the truck to help retain some of the daily drivability while still making it look aggressive. The only thing I haven't finished is wiring up the top lights. Here is what's different on the truck.
