IMO interior is a step back both in design and material

Looks good. As usual the UK Civic looks better than the North American Civic. Honda would do well with this as competitor to other 4-door hatches here like the new/improved Focus and the trendy 3.

You are going to see more and more of cheaper materials out of Japanese carmakers as they attempt to cut costs due to the strong yen and the rise of Hyundai. Toyota announced this over a year ago and the 2012 Civics are pretty self-explanatory as a downgrade in interior materials compared to the outgoing models.

looks like the front of a Hyundai and the back of a Nissan versa.. I don't mind the interior since any other car has a better one tha mine lol

I don't know.. Sure it looks less boring than the NA Civic but at the end of the day, it's still a Civic...

That cockpit is a claustrophobic, knee smashing disaster. Fatties need not apply.

Ha ha. I was also trying to envision an obese person functioning in that small space. Honda has taken that whole 'pod' approach to an extreme level as it looks like you would be almost separated from the rest of the interior. I guess maybe Europeans aren't as fat as Norch Americans.

The typical American thing to do is sue Honda. Then you'll get warning labels in Civic hatches for the 2013 model.

As for the car, why puke green? There's a reason only KIA came out with that color many years back. :barf:

This car does not appeal to me in any way. Looks meh, offers meh, nothing setting it apart to it being unique.
