Where to get nitrogen on high pressure air tanks filled?

Hey, I have a small nitrogen tank that i need refilled on occasion.

I need roughly 3000 to 4500 psi of dried High Pressure Air (hpa) or Nitrogen (hpn).

Anyone know where? Costs?
