Importing boat and trailer (Non-Title State)

Im looking at a 95 Yamaha Jetski, and 95 trailer in Idaho.

The seller informes me that its a non-title state for such old machine and trailer.

I can't find this out very easily on the web for some reason.

What do i need for canada customs if its a non-title state?

Everything i read online if for vehicles ...errrr

they dont care about the boat, only the trailer as a vehicle haha.. kinda weird i know, but that's what i found out when importing my boat... sorry don't know about the non-title state though..

not to sound like a douche, but if you need to know what they want, they would be the best source for you?
