Buying rims on kijiji

Hey i was wondering if anyone has had experience with the guy that runs www.vipwheelz.com . he's got an ad on kijiji but he says that he needs a deposit before he can get them in, just wondering if its gonna be a scam or not. thx

Oh ok, they're going on an 07 range rover supercharged, the guy posted it on kijiji for 1100, its the redbourne monarchs 22"s. not really sure what that other stuff ur talking about is tho lol thx for info
