Northbound Deerfoot at about Memorial has a couple of lanes blocked off by firetrucks... not sure what it's all about.

I also saw a fellow riding his damn bike north on the southbound side of Crowchild in the right hand lane, just before the exit to Bow Trail. If you see sirens around there, he probably got his ass run over, since he didn't have any lights or anything.

Maybe it's different but there was also an old station wagon like uncle bucks on the off ramp to 16th ave northbound deerfoot. It was on fire. Huge ball of flames. between 8 and 9. I got all pissed cause I forgot my camera.

Just came back and if you keep it slow you have nothing to worry about.

Be safe.

snowblower was in FULL PWNAGE effect today :D :D

FINALLY got a chance to put that thing to work :D well worth the $$ spent on it. Usually takes me upwards of an hour to clean up a driveway with 5-10cm. If its more than 10cm then it takes like 2 hours or more (have to take a break in between since your back starts to KILL). With the snowblower today, got it done in like 20-30 minutes :D

I took the Volvo out last night, didn't have a jacket and the car died on shaganappi beside Market Mall, had to run 5 blocks to my friends house after the tow truck came.

Moral of the story, make sure you bring lots of warm WINTER clothes with you in your car no matter where you go!!!
