WTB: Winter Beater

Im looking for a winter beater in the $800-$2,000 range. It can be pretty much anything as long as it runs good. Would be good if the car had minimal rust, winter tires/all seasons, battery blanket, block heater etc...

Examples: 240sx, Civics, Accord, etc...
