Looking to rent out my parking stall during the weekdays for a discounted rate. Location is a 30 second walk to the Victoria Park Stampede train station and about 5-15 minute walk to anywhere location in the downtown core.
Building is secured, private parking only, and has security on duty almost all the time. Parking in the Stampede Station Parkade is $295/month for a point of reference.
Spot will be available from 830am-5pm so don't bother inquiring if you work until 6 or need your car in there at 7 in the morning.

RATE - $225/month
There will also be a $75 refundable deposit for the key fob to grant access to the parkade.
