Where to buy VW engines in Calgary?

Would like to stick a fresh vr6 into my gti but have no clue where to get one.

Was close to swapping my teg when it got jacked now wouldnt mind swapping my vw.

Any shops like jdm source but for euro cars in calgary? Does concept1 sell engines?

I'd call George at tune dub I know at one point he had a parts shop.

She's pretty quick as is but I figure a nice vr6 will make her a bit faster, plus more reliable im sure.

george would be a good start for engines. i know forest lawn auto parts had a low mileage vr6 not too long ago also

I remember seeing some brand new (0kms) 24v VR6 engines for sale somewhere on vwvortex.com. $1500 +shipping.

As far as local, George would be your best bet. There's been a few times where he's tracked down some stuff for me that he usually wouldn't sell, so it's worth asking.
