Go see one in person. It looks way better than photos. Parked next to a 350 and it looks very square and aggressive. I can only see AMG version to be even better.

What do you guys make of this auto stop/start thing. Is there a way to disable it, or are you forced to use it?
Seems to me like when it's -30 out, having your engine stop/start all the time can't be good for it. I wouldn't want it anyways, though.

You can disable it in the menus.
The stop/start is barely noticable, kinda weird. The engine doesn't "start" like a normal start where it cranks a few cycles before firing when it restarts from a stop. It's not noticable because at idle, the engine is already very quiet and vibration free (even in a 63), hard to tell if it's running.

That's terrible even for a luxury sports car, a two seater shouldn't weight over 3250 period IMO.
Look quite nice from front ... not bad from the rear ..
But from side .... :(

to be honest, i hate this, the front end looks terrible, i love everything about this car, but it is probably the ugliest MB i have seen in years. looks like they did this with the front end:banghead:

Another one of the cars that you have to see in person. When I first saw the release pics, thought the exact same thing, front end is messed. See it in person, and it's absolutely stunning.

Woah, I really like that. Way more aggressive than the previous generations. On the other hand, I would have trouble overcoming the fact it has as-close-as-makes-no-difference the same power as a Mustang GT and costs three times as much. And weighs within 10kg of the GT Coupe.
I know, the MB is luxury and premium and whatnot, but if I'm buying a car to have fun with, I'd have trouble justifying that.
