WTR: Underground parking (DT core)

As the title states, I am looking to rent a parking stall in the downtown core for the months of January, February and March, 2012.

EDIT: I am also interested in underground or parking in a covered garage that is within walking distance of a c-train stop on the NW Crowfoot line between Crowfoot station and Centre Street station.

Parking must be available between 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Prefer parking within walking distance of the Crowfoot LRT line (eg. Crowfoot, Dalhousie, Brentwood etc.).
