View Full Version : Parcel getting delivered to wrong address..

Hey guys. I bought something off Kijiji and the seller has sent it to my old address in Grande Prairie as opposed to my new address in Red Deer.

Anyone have any experiance with Canada Post in such that if I call them with my tracking number and what not they can send it to a depot in Red Deer as opposed to sending it back to Saskatoon and then having it re-mailed?

Was sent with insurance and requiring a signature on delivery if that helps.

Last time i checked this was beyond.ca not canadapost.ca

Your right I never thought of that!

Its a long weekend not open till tuesday, thought I would see if anyone had any useful advice.

If the package is still in transfer than most likely canada post can change its location. But this might be tough to do over the phone as anyone can claim to be the receiver.
