Is there really a fake fireplace in front of the window? Is it me, or is that odd? Kinda kills the illusion of a fireplace when there is no possibility of a chimney.

It is probably direct vented through the wall.

^^ Its not fake, its a gas fireplace...Morrison was big on doing that for years.

That is a gas fireplace.

They don't have chimneys.

That was fast, guess a 5K price reduction is a good incentive to make an offer.

We had 3 showings booked within an hour after the price reduction. Sellers ended up selling for more then they expected and are thrilled.
