Basement Layout Designer??? anyone know a good one?

I'm looking at developing my basement. I have most of the trades, but I would like someone to design a layout for it before I go on.

Sent it to your info email and like I said I got the trades for everything almost, I was thinking 40k, which includes the everything including furnature, tvs, etc. also I want a steam shower down there.

Hey, you can fire off the basement dimensions aswell.

I've got a simple interior design cad program I used to use when I was in renovations.

steam showers bro! u never been in one? my friends tell me you walk into one of those with a hang over, and then walk out 15 min later completly normal. I'm think I'm gonna tile around the whole thing
