Is the UPS depot open Saturdays?

Missed a delivery yesterday. Arranged to have it held for pickup but they didn't explain to me that it wouldn't be available the same day. I called the service line to ask, but the "office" is closed.

You'll be waiting until Monday but if it helps, you can call them and have them hold it at the Airport for you rather than possibly miss another delivery.
