Dear Silver Toaster Driver,
I don't know how you got your license, and I'm really glad you are careful and didn't run the flashing arrow. It was interesting because there was absolutely no traffic coming the the other way. I thought maybe you were distracted, and were expecting the light to turn red, rather than green. I honked a couple of times to wake you up but you didn't move. Then I thought your car may have broken down so I went around you, and you honked and shook your head at me.
I just wanted to let you know, "Yield on Solid Green" does not mean you can't turn turn left, just yield to oncoming traffic like you would on any green light left turn. I have a feeling you thought I was breaking the law.
Thanks!
