The company I work for is looking for the following:

- Junior Desktop Technicians (0-5 Years)

This position assists staff in Corporate Office and remote locations with technical support of desktop computers, applications and related technology. Support includes specifications, installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines. Employee may also assist in the maintenance and testing of
network, servers, and associated equipment.

Qualifying Experience:

• 0 - 5 years experience supporting Windows 2000 and XP desktop/laptop PCs
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both
desktop and laptop PCs
• Experience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops, Servers
• Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problems
• Customer Service Experience a must
• 2 Year diploma or degree related to Information Systems/Information Technology or a related field preferred.

There is opportunity for growth here, to branch into the Server/Infrastrucuture side or Management side (PM and Office IT Lead).
