Cue the NE/NW jokes...

Going down now, just going by the crowd's info. Some guy locked himself and/or a hostage in the house, has guns. Cops, SWAT all there. GlobalTV on scene.

Wow that is really close to your house.

Everyone hit the streets. We know where all the cops are going to be! Stoneybahn anyone?

I saw the Sean Banerjee thread was bumped right under this one, I thought he came to find you.

Btw, where is Markham when you need him?

GlobalTV haven't posted the story yet, you'll have to wait till they do before we get the Markham update.

NE what? Arbour Lake is in the northwest, not even close to centre street or anything.

Why would you take hostages in the NE? You gonna ask for a ransom of Mary Brown's and Camry parts?

Nah, this guy knew what he was doing.

I was just thinking about how easy it would be to get a speeding ticket from that SUV.... Hopefully it has fleet tags :<

Hope not...I guess with the C train expansion it's to be expected that the shit starts flowing NW as well.

^^ There's gonna be crime in every neighborhood, you might have a serene 10 years of 0 car prowlings, burglaries, hell there may not even be a single soul who smokes weed within a 10 block radius... Then 1 night some bored suburban brats will decide it's a good idea to smash windshields and slash tires, just 'cuz. Some areas do clearly offer a better quality of life, none are perfect.
