The vast majority. The penthouses on the 22nd floor come with 2 stalls each and there is one unit on the 21st floor with 2 stalls assigned to it.

Man that first unit does not show well at all either from the pictures. If they want $399,000 for it they should at least get that old furniture out of there...

These units if not staged right can sit and sit. Hence why they are still on the market, some agents don't calculate the demographic purchasing these units ...you..urban

Update....I know of a 13th floor corner unit (all glass) coming on its a 1 bedroom with den same finishings as the last one I sold will come on at 344,900

These Corner units only come on a few times a year. Higher floor units are selling in the 360's

I'm curious though, that looks like a SW facing unit? What kind of premium do you pay for a NW with a view?
