Excellent thread! I'm in the market for one in 2012-2013 and looking for downtown core only condos. Will check back often :D

Hopefully not too many over 400k close to the LRT because then I rather think about a house instead :eek:



And yeah I looked at that 1.2 mill home and daydreamed about it in my office for 5 minutes. Damn...

Wow, I didn't realize living downtown could be so roomy and nice, I was paying $1400 a month for a 400 square foot apartment which was basically a tiny kitchen, tiny living room, 2 tiny bedrooms and a tiny bathroom. This is amazing, Jordan you've convinced me to move back downtown. Whenever I eventually sell my place I'm getting you to find me a place downtown.

Condo fees $767 might have something to do with it, and you'd still have to park one car on the street
