^^ damn rage that XR4Ti is the car I was supposed to have.

In HS at SWC my plan was to swap a 1993 Cosworth engine and drivetrain into my 1993 Ford Escort. In Europe the 1993 Ford Escort Cosworth was turbo AWD. I tried to source one and swap it into the car. First day of the build we realized that the chassis wasnt the same as it was in europe. The chassis I needed was an XR4Ti. :facepalm:

Hence why I am called the Cosworth. It is an insult but it kind of stuck. Haha

All my old car pics are on an external hardrive somewhere in a box. I thought it would be fun years and years down the road to look through it.

I remember a few years back I wanted to start getting sketches made of every car that I've owned and eventually make a collage of some sort when I'm old. Yup, hasn't happened yet haha.

Maybe we have spoken about this before but my family had the exact same sequence of two cars as well. I had no idea you had a 450! Kind of blown away!. Our 450 did have the Euro lamps though. :poosie:

First car: '99 Chevrolet Metro, 3 cylinder. 55 horsepower of fury. Bought it when I was in Grade 12 and when gas was like $1.40/litre.

I loved the Metro and it became something of a running joke with me and my friends, but when this next car came up for sale on Beyond I couldn't say no. Sold it to a single mom who was going to use it as the family wheels. Was nearing 200,000 kms when I gave it up.

'92 Skyline GTS. Non-turbo, four-door which was perfect for me. Bought it with 60 or 70,000 kms on the clock and was so happy that I'd find my dream car. I'd always wanted a Skyline sedan and I had to the chance to own one. I made myself promise that if it turned out to be a money pit I'd get rid of it, but I drove it through the winter and it never once gave me any problems. Loved this car to bits.

Drove this car for about a year and would have kept it forever but life got in the way and I needed something a little more reliable and middle of the road. I'd always liked Nissan, my parents had owned two with few problems, so I figured I'd stick with the company.

Bought a '02 Sentra Se-R Spec V and had nothing but problems with it for a year.

Fun car when it was working, but the timing chain jumped and killed the engine.

So then I went searching for a perfectly normal and reliable car that didn't take premium gas.

Settled on a '06 Ford Focus ZX5 SES.

Average in just about every way, excels at nothing, but it does its job. I wanted a Focus ST but I couldn't find one within my price range, but I don't mind the hatch.
