View Full Version : Panoramic shots of Hawaii

So I decided to play with that photo stitch program on my S400 camera, wow, I'm amazed that it merges pictures so well. Even shots I took on a boat that was moving hardcore, turned out fairly well (other than lighting issues).

Here's the USS Arizona memorial at Pearl Harbour:

Well you're wrong, I have no clue wtf I'm doing lol.

How many pics did you stitch together? Did the weather clear up while you were there?

About 8 pictures for the beach. That one turned out best, lighting was fairly consistent.

Weather was beachworthy only for 1 day, so the trip turned into a shopping trip :(.

dam when i was on waikiki beach you could barely even walk around it was so packed with people. Cool panoramics though.

That was the far east side of the beach, more deserted but better pics. I ended up hanging out in the super busy west side by the sheraton.

All these years I've had a digicam, and I've never bothered with the photo stitch...Time to give it a shot I think.
