Selling an iPhone

Going to be selling an iPhone 3g tonight, I have restored the phone to default already but is there anything else I should do before I sell it? Do I keep the SIM card?

The person who is buying it will likely have their own SIM, also, you can keep it to put into another phone (unless you're dropping your account and not planning on having a cell phone)

If you have personal information on the sim card, keep it. There's no reason the other person would need yours. That's all I did when I sold mine. Restore to factory using itunes and sold it.
