Custom neon/light up signs?

Hey guys, I'm looking to get a custom neon or other type of light up sign done as a gift for a guy's man cave. It's nothing too difficult, three words, no graphics. Anyone know a good (reasonably priced) local shop/person who does this? Or an online place that won't cost an arm and a leg for shipping?

Budget is between $200-$300

Haha no. It's actually a man cave. My brother has converted his basement into what we affectionally call "the command centre". Thought it would be a neat addition to do a sign or something for his wall.
