Good glass shops

Made some custom doors for our bar downstairs and I am now in need of glass inserts for them.

Size is 11x24.

Would like to have glass that has a somewhat crackle look to it (pretty much clear glass, but if you look closely it has some lines to it, not sure how else to explain it). Other finishes of glass would also be considered, so if the shop has a variety that would be great.

Can anyone recommend a shop?

I'm pretty sure the design you described is called glue chip.

If you put up size and quantity, someone will probably help you out if it hasn't happened already.
