I'm not sure you can buy one with linux on it out of the box, yet. Ubuntu has said they are planning on making a tablet version.

However, you can install it on the Asus Transformer android tablet. Also possibly the Asus Eee Slate that comes with windows 7. Pretty sure it works better on the transformer.

Side note, played a bit with windows 8 on the eee slate, wow it works very well for being a developer preview. The handwriting recognition is amazing. /offtopic
