Unfortunately for this specific car only these are available: I'm more concerned about useful life and then performance.

Ksport
BC Racing
D2 Racing
Emotion

K had the worst experience with Ksport in the past(as bad as TEIN in terms of useful life) I've never heard of Emotion and it's from HK, safe to assume it's random cheap Chinese crap? What about the other 2 in terms of useful life and how how good they are.

Pretty sure K-Sports and D2's are the exact same base coilover just branded/painted differently. All made in HK and all entry level products, not that there's anything wrong with that.

You've asked a pretty vague question.... how much are you willing to spend, what car are they going on, why are you getting coilovers?

ST205, I think that should answer all your questions at once

BC racing makes a pretty decent product for the money, I've had good luck with them and so have a few buddies.

I wouldn't recommend Ksport and D2 tho.

LoL guess not...

For an ST205 stock struts are more expensive than coilovers and are the biggest POS ever made next to KYB so it's much cheaper to get coilovers.

I think I'll go with the BC brand

do you not have to weld any coilover you get for the 205 though? thats a pain in the ass.

Don't think so, my st205 came with tein coilovers, I see a bunch loose in quebec too, but they want $950 for used prior to shipping...

definitely the BCs need to be welded, the tiens dont, but from what ive heard, the teins are terrible on this car. i was contemplating coilovers for my 205 but didnt want to weld, went with tein s-techs and theyre awesome.
