Hello, just a quick overview I have a Bachelors of Business Administration - Accounting.

I have worked with a small accounting firm for about 2 years or so using quickbooks, simply accounting, paymate etc.

I recently have been applying for jobs and I got a call back from Ebackup Inc.

Does anyone work there? or know a friend that might work or has worked there?

Just wondering what type of environment the company holds, and the benefits etc.

My work is fairly tightly integrated with them. Then again, we are their target demographic, a tiny MSP that can resell.

I know at least one technician there on a first name basis, mostly because of all the support calls. (clients are wonderful at breaking otherwise stable software by having the "Oh, this looks easy, I can fix this myself" mentality :facepalm: )

The technicians, at least, are really decent people and down to Earth. As to the management side of things, i let my boss deal with them XD

Which tech?

We had to call them all the time cause their shit would never work properly and they would always double/triple bill us...

Everyday we were on the phone with them for hours
