FR: Looking for a Roommate

So, bought a huge house and have way too much room. looking for one roommate. $550 all in, house is pretty awesome. room is vacant so you can move in whenever. you can choose between the two rooms, furnished or not. depending what you choose the other room with either be an office or a guest room.

the house is in a quiet cul-de-sac situated beside a park and two blocks to fish creek. close to safeway and pubs too.

3 TVs over 43”
bar w/kegerator
kenmore elite kitchen appliances
deep freeze

high speed internet
every single channel shaw offers for cable

house is in woodlands, right near the woodbine border

finished my office upstairs, room available now is just the blue room. it is furnished but i can always take the stuff out if you have your own stuff.
