Okay, So I tried this recipe just for kicks. HOLY CRAP IS IT AMAZING!

Changes I made to make it MORE AWESOMER:
- I added a slice of prosciutto.
- I opted to go with a mix of pizza quality mozzerella and Bocconcini.
- I put in twice the amount of basil (I didn't want to leave it over night to soak in)
- I made my own red jalepeno butter instead of flaked red pepper butter. Remove the seeds, and mince it as small as possible, mix with butter.
- I couldn't find "batard" bread or anything similar, so I went with a crusty french bread loaf. Was still awesome.
I cant explain how amazing this is. Try it.
