This better not mess with the GC broadcast.

This is the windiest I've ever seen. It blew my BBQ over and that thing isn't light!

It also blew the kids' trampoline halfway across the yard. I've got a bunch of concrete blocks on it now.

Some streets downtown look like a warzone. Broken glass and debris all over. Guess some windows blew out on the office towers by 7 Ave and 2 St SW.

My neighbors shingles are coming off as we speak, hopefully it doesn't spread too much.

Southcenter lost power at the exact moment that I was looking for a nice dress shirt XD

On both the way IN and OUT of the shopping mall, I was literally sandblasted with all the grit coming off the parking lot and Anderson.

As long as the shingles aren't too old and you can still get the same colour and type, you should be able to path it. Otherwise, it will have to be a complete replacement.

Update:

Looks like the house ended up losing a few shingles, the homeowner is out there right now trying to hold the glass panel rail in place.

Guys.. if your shingles are coming off, call your insurance company. They'll send out an adjuster, and determine if you require a new roof. Far better to pay $500 deductible and get a new roof than to risk leaking from a patch job...

Ton of houses around evergreen are missing shinles, right to the wood is visible. Some of the houses next to me have aluminium peices coming off the roof edge. All of the houses around here with interlocking shingles are fine (including mine), but many of the houses with standard shingles are missing alot.

Does anyone know if they make interlocking shingles anymore? I refurse to put anything but from here on, including when it comes time to redo mine. When I build the garage last year I bought standard shingles because I was told they don't make interlocking ones anymore, anyone know?

Interlocking is definatelly the way to go as far as I am concerned.

That's what I was thinking, it's funny how terribly prepared this city is for something like this. I've never noticed what kind of damage wind like this can do because of the environmental preparation done back home. I guess.
