Is there an issue, or were you just looking for a discount?

Bicycle or Motorcycle shop?

So you don't have the master key?

I'm like 99% sure that the ECU comes with a programmed red key.

As per tracking who owned the bike, I might be able to find the original owner.

If you have the GSXR, don't worry about the master key, just get some spares cut. It's only Yamaha that has the coded red keys that if lost can ruin your life.

Your hooped if you dont have the master key, cpu needs to be swapped out if lost your black key. Did you try the registries to track down previous owners? Not sure if they would release that kind of information. All that a motorcycle shop can tell you is the original owner, service might have more info but if they went else where or dis it themselves. Just give them a shout though might be your best bet. Have you tried backtracking by finding out the info on the guy you bought your bike off of bought the bike from?

Registries will not give the information and yes tried backtracking but due to the fact its been rebuilt and was bought at an auction makes it all a little fuzzy. Thanks for the ideas.
