So, we're not totally thrilled with our current dayhome situation. Our previous dayhome was totally awesome, and when she get's better, then I would love to utilize her again.
But, in the meanwhile, we're exploring the nanny option. A couple of us neighbors are looking at sharing one, and want to know if anyone has any experience with the process. Also what business type implications we'll face. IE, do we have to pay CPP for her.. etc..
We figure there will be 3-4 kids involved. Don't really care about the housecleaning portion, but that would be nice if it were an option. We want quality and reliability.
