Can condoms be taken on carry on luggage?

So I'm gonna be going to mexico and really don't trust their shit, looking to take some from here

questions:

are they allowed on carry on? Or will the security people trip balls cuz it's liquid lube?

if not, is it safe to put them in checked in luggage? I know cargo gets really cold..i just don't want them getting damaged...:banghead:

Condoms yes -> Carry on KY, not sure.

I have never been questioned with a box of condoms but I have never taken a bottom of lube with me.

Lube and condoms are both fine. Brought em to mexico in my carry on haha. No queastions asked.

i brought the lube in case they wanted to give me a cavity search....didnt think they would supply anything but the minimum spit.

Cargo doesn't get cold....its a heated space just like the cabin....Don't you think pets would have an issue if it wasn't? Its only around -50c at 40,000ft :nut:

Just went Calgary -> LA -> Calgary -> Kelowna -> Toronto -> St. John's last week with 4 condoms in my vest pocket. They scanned my vest through the machine, didn't say anything.

pretty sure not all the cargo is fully heated. I think on most planes only certain areas (ie where they keep the animals) will be fully heated. It obviously won't be -50 where your luggage is but I doubt it will be near room temp.

I personally wouldn't risk it.

Cargo space conditions vary widely between aircraft. Many have sections of temperature controlled areas while some are not.

Even so, the ambient temperature wont drop below 0 in the "unheated" areas due to air movement within the aircraft

(Aircraft manufacturers avoid large thermal differences to keep condensation down.)
