Entire NE was down for 4 hours.. just came back for me.. their recorded message said they had everyone working on it.. and the wait time was 4 hours for on hold.

My internet keeps disconnecting about every 15 minutes for a bit it's been happening since last night.

Mine actually went down around 730 yesterday, the modem just lost all power even though it is still plugged in

Back up again stupid NE had to reset the modem after 5 hours of down time and its back now

Experienced issues earlier too so I went out. Maybe that's a sign lol.
