Ya, I know... It's a cell phone camera picture.
Car never leaves the garage, a buddy of mine owns it and never drives it.
Porsche 944 (thanks sentry) Turbo.
Completely mint, something like 75k on the clock!
If the thread gets enough interest I might try to stop by with a proper camera and take more pictures of the rest of the car, it's amazing in person, I don't think any camera can really do it justice.

He has some bills that are more important ATM than full insurance to drive this car for fun.
I already asked if he wanted to sell, even though I wouldn't be able to afford it but he said he didn't want to sell it just yet, maybe in the future.

Always wanted one of those. Looks great with those rims. I heard they share one motor for the headlights though. That could be a pain.
edit: on second thought, that might be a good thing

I don't get this thread - should I go take a picture of a 1992 civic with 115,000kms I see parked outside of Co-Op? :dunno:

They made it so you only have to pay interest as the minimum payment.

Because even an old porsche is always going to be classier than a civic...And because this example is pristine.

A 1992 Civic is probably worth more.

I dunno... I personally still think the 944 is a pretty hot car. Even stock they can keep up with most modern sports cars. They are easy to modify to ridiculous horsepower levels, and handle better than my Boxster.
And, for anyone who was considering my Turbo when I had it for sale, it is now back up for sale again. Only somehow, the new owner is selling it for thousands less and all I know for sure it is missing is the sweet 911 turbo wheels. The ad seems to make me think the engine has been left intact with all the upgrades. This is a *steal*.

Nice. I hope it doesn't have flat spots on the tires and sludge for oil from not driving it.

Why all the hate for the 944 turbo? Seems like you guys are only making fun of it because you have enough money to buy a nicer car.

Too low to be an Ion. My first thought was that it might be a 3rd gen Saturn SC2 . It is most definitely a 3rd gen Sunfire though.
That is certainly a nice, clean Porsche.
I see a few of the 944s for sale around town, but nothing close to that pristine.
I never understood those people who buy nice cars only to park them in a garage. What's the point? Cars are machines. They are meant to be used and enjoyed.
*Sigh*
