Rover mini experts

The Top Gear India special really piqued my interest in getting a old school mini. Anyone know if the newer MK7's were available in LHD ? Also does anyone know what exact model this one is ?

I'd guess that model is either a Mini Cooper Sports LE, a '99 Mini Cooper S' Works, or '99 Mini John Cooper. These cars look like so much fun!
