Turks and Caicos Islands.... hard to find a nicer sand and clear sea. Calgary > Miami > T and C.

I can't tell if you are joking, but those are layovers I believe for a flight. Calgary to Miami, then Miami to Turds and Chaos Islands.

Go to osoyoos in B.C we did it for 10 years always great weather and 30 yards to the beach.

only concern is that these places in Caribbean dont have proper medical. I was in Dominican and coldnt find tylenol.

Really depends what island you go to. Some are very wealthy, like St. Lucia for example. Do your research on each if you're leaning to the Caribbean.

I would deff recommend Grand Cayman. It's all very upscale there, expect to pay a little more than what you would pay for say Mexico or Cuba.

Osoyoos is out of control! I drove through there on a roadtrip through BC, and it was like hitting the desert! Very cool area.
