Any recomendations on some decent winter gloves? Looking for something somewhat thin, not giant ski gloves or anything. Was at Sportchek looking today but wanted some opinions first. Was thinking something like Northface or Columbia. Any other suggestions will be considered though.

I have some Outdoor Research ones that have a nice inner glove that can be used for driving then a water proof kevlar palmed outers for when you want to get serious outdoors. Its all dependent on what you really want to use them for. NorthFace, HH, Columbia, OR all make a really nice glove, and if you want a good variety Id suggest Wholesale Sports or Atmosphere. If you want cheap, go sportchek or MEC

Buy 1 and 2nd one is 50% off at Sports Chek. The selection at the Sunridge location is massive.

However a pair of Columbia Heat-Omni had ripped within a day of owning so i ended up returning them tonight. Went over to Winners and they had a small selection but no gloves were over $20, where as the ones at SC started at $30 and went up to $60ish if not more.

I'm actually planning to sew conductive thread into all of my gloves that I use.
