FAQ section

Not sure if this has been brought up but I think there should be a FAQ section for newbies and anyone else who wants a place to go for quick reference. A colaboration of past threads of the same topic would be easy enough to do. It sort of gets tiring always seeing turbo or supercharger?, what car to buy in this price?, does impark affect your credit?, which body shop in town is the best? etc

I brought up this idea months ago, but was told "thanks" for the suggestion, however it'll stay on the back burner while other projects are on the go.
