Hemp Seeds vs Hemp Oil

I'm buying a bunch of supplements in bulk, including some hemp.

I was wondering if anyone has some knowledge regarding Hemp Seeds vs Hemp Oil? I imagine the oil is just pressed from the seeds, so is it redundant to bring the Hemp Oil into my diet if I already consume plenty of Hemp Hearts (seeds)?

I would just stick with Hemp hearts.

Also, get them from Costco. Its like $15 for a 2 lb bag there.

The CostCo price sounds a bit off, I believe it is priced at $15 for 454 g bag.

Unless you are getting a much price better than the ones listed online, it is still cheaper to get them at Costco.

They are the Manitoba Harvest ones that they carry there.

When I was there I bought 2 for about $15-17 each.

I know the prices because I was shocked to see how cheap they were and went online to see if we could order them and the prices online were much higher.

Save your money. Check Costco first.

Refrigerate after opening. Some brands use Vitamin E as a natural preservative.

Keep in mind you can get Hemp Seeds and Shelled hemp seeds. The outer shell is crunchy and extremely nutritious, but some people prefer the soft delicious innards only.

They last a long time in the freezer.
