need a professional for ceiling leak

HI all;

We bought new house last winter. The ceiling was leak in last spring and the builder tried to fix the roof in the summer. There is no any leakage during the rainy season last year. Unfortunately, it was leak again yesterday . The builder came to check and said is the condensation problem.

I am looking for a professional house inspector who can determine what causes the leak and recommend repair solution.
Could anybody recommend a professional for this work?

i think the ventilator was not properly sealed. why? if u look at the old garages without a ventilator, u can't see any leak and i never heard a person complaining about their garages leaking, it rarely happens.
