Does anyone have any experience sending medium sized items from Japan to Canada?

I have some seats/brakes/suspension/etc. The suspension/brakes are probably ok through the post office, but what about seats? I need to send it all back to Calgary. I'm looking for a door-to-door shipping company that offers surface shipping (price is a concern, how long it takes isn't).

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I'm trying to find someone who ships surface.

DHL, UPS, etc all ship air and are too expensive...

try the airline you have your flight registered on. Sometimes they aren't too bad

Hi guys. I beleive all the big time shipping companies (fedex, dhl, ups, purolator, etc) ONLY do airmail from here, and hence are quite expensive (ie >$800 for just the shipping).

I'm just looking for something in the <$300 range. I don't care if it takes 4 months for my stuff to get to Canada, just as long as it gets there ;)
