That game has poor coordination with the crosshair, it either doesn't shoot, or you shot through some magical void on the duck.

*edit* Even more retarded than first thought. You hit the duck bang on several times and it doesn't hit. This game, though newer, has less acuracy as my 17 year old system in the basement.
