WTB: Audi B7 S4 Avant

Going to start the search for one of these.

Want a 2006 or 2007 Audi S4 Avant in any colour besides red. Low km's are key, but I know I can't be too picky.

Cash is in the bank ready to go, so I can act quickly.

Nice finders fee if you send something my way that's not on Kijiji or Auto Trader and I end up buying it.

There's a sprint blue on kijiji right now but it's overpriced IMO, as are most Audis.

Why 06-07 for your year range? Just started my research but though 07-08 was better, due to the MY07 updates?

08 would have been fine too, but they're very hard to find.

06 to 07 difference were pretty minor IMO, stereo and cosmetic things, nothing mechanical.

Found an 06 with 100k on it, 6spd manual, 100% stock, for 23k. It's in Toronto, so it's being dropped off at the shipping depot on Tuesday. 2nd owner, full service history, full inspection. Same exact specs, year and mileage as the one on Kijiji for $35k right now.

Would have preferred to spend more and get something with less km, but they are mechanically pretty solid and I only put on like 8000km a year. One of the guys I work with has an 04 with 210,000km on it and all he's ever had to do outside of regular maintenance is the fuel pump.

Looks great. Good luck with it. The guy that was selling the one on kijiji keeps his cars pristine. With none for sale in western Canada I would ask a lot too. Either way he changed his mind.

I went from an 05 Sti to an 06 s4, it's a SOLID upgrade. I do miss the "boy racer" feel the Sti had, as in beat the shit out of it and it'll beg for more, bu the refinement of the s4 is unreal.

I am installing my downpipes on Wednesday to finish up my exhaust, couple weeks the tune and crank pulley will be fired up. Puts the car in rs4 territory.

Op nice buy! Take a look at JHM as far as ANY mod goes, including tune, the na v8 is tough to grab power out of, but Jhm are b7 gods.

Not really worth paying a 12k premium.....even with the mods it has on it

Anyone looked into importing a B5 S4 Avant? Seems like the better choice, IMO.

On stock suspension for the time being yes, I will probably be picking up a set of coils this summer though. Any questions feel free to ask!

Good buy for $23K!
I owned a nogaro blue (nope, not sprint believe it or not) 2005.5 B7 S4 6mt, got it for around $30K and that was at least 3 years ago with around 90,000 KMs. Mind you it was a US vehicle.
I would think around $25K is what its worth but I am always so shocked to see how some audis are holding their value (or owners think they are worth more than what market will give them).
