new MB + proc, do I need new Win7 license

I want to upgrade my pc by upgrading the mb and processor, maybe also going to a ssd hdd. I'm guessing I can't reuse my win7 oem license? The old stuff will be binned but I guess that doesn't matter.

If I can't use it then I'd like to know ahead of time so I can buy it all together.

I know I'd have to call in, anyone know the right thing to say to be able to reuse it?

Just tell them you upgraded the mb, I've done this 2-3x without issues.
