Hey everyone,
My ex moved out in December and I am looking to rent out one of the spare rooms.
It is a brand newish (1 year old) home, 2 storey, 3 bedroom 3 and a half bath home in Okotoks (so you will have your own bathroom).
Furnished the room is $500 per month, or if you want to bring your own stuff I'll drop the price to $450 per month. Everything included (water, utilities, wireless internet access).
You will need to purchase your own food. Looking for month to month or 6 month term. One months rent security deposit.
If you are interested in viewing, evenings and weekends only for viewing currently please.
(5 minute walk to Costco, 15ish to Wal-Mart and everything else)
Must like dogs.
