Where to get glasses adjusted?

I am picky as hell when it comes to my glasses fitting properly, and can't seem to find a place that can adjust them properly.

Anybody know anywhere/anyone that is rad at adjusting glasses?

pretty sure if you walk into a lenscrafters or pearle vision they are able to do it...
