I just wanted to know if people here are into soccer. I'm guessing that not a lot of you will be. Any way I think soccer is the king sport!!! Too bad it's hard to find any on tv.

Yes, I like watching REAL football. The sport where the players actually use their feet to kick the ball. Not that bastardized game of rugby played on this side of the Atlantic...:D

i'm a pretty big football fan but the problem is if i wanna wathc the matches they are on at 2 in the morning our time. Some of the good games i'll stay up for but other than that, just get the highlights off sports desk.

Again, if you have satellite they come on usually all morning on the weekends. Even some in the weekday. and of course you can watch the live games with PPV.

If you want soccer coverage get Fox Sports, though I remember they would often repeat the same games over and over back when I had it. It's probably different now. :dunno:
Don't expect to see a lot of coverage from ESPN or ESPN2. Lots of tennis though :D

on some weekends Fox Sports will re-broadcast certain games.. usually they'll rotate 3-4 games a day.. I was channel surfing the other day and noticed SportsNet also has soccer coverage.. not the weekly saturday premier league ones, but they have 3 other sportsnet channels.. i don't remember what ones they are, they're the ones that you have to subscribe to though.

I would not be surprised if in my lifetime The McMahom Stadium is transformed to stage European Football games "soccer". The reason is simple. I see a transition in puplic school towards European Football rather than American Football.

Anyone catch the Everton VS. Man U match this morning?
 Man U was up 3-0 and then Everton caught up and it was 3-3. At 89' we scored and Man U won 4-3. Everton had a really really good chance to tie that up as well.
GO MAN U!!
yea yea, football is where its at. no sport even comes close.
Man. U and England:thumbsup:

Spain rules, not from there but I have family there. I heard there is a huge rise in Canadian soccer leagues and it is quickly becoming a very popular sport in Canada
