Does anyone know where I can find this toilet fill valve in Calgary?

I've been to Canadian Tire, Rona & Home Depot and they don't have it

If it's a replacement, best way to find it is get the make and model of the toilet and google it. Usually it's stamped on the tank. Some makes (eg. Kohler) only have parts available through wholesalers like Emco but you can always walk up to the order desk and buy as a cash sale.

Just curious why you have to have THAT particular assembly? Why not just replace it with a universal one? They're only $17.

There is a styrofoam lining in my toilet and the float rubs against it. Hence, why I'm trying to find this particular replacement
